• All artwork must be submitted at 100% size needed or larger.
• Graphics and photos can be pulled from a customers website (with permission) to be used in an ad. Please specify web address and the exact name of image or graphic posted on your site. Clearly mark this information on your ad copy.
• Digital formats accepted (in order of preference)

• A legible, hand-drawn mock-up of your ad with accompanying photos, graphics, logos clearly marked for placement within the ad is acceptable.
• Complete this advertising form and submit with your ad along with the necessary payment. We will be unable to process your ad without this information.
• Target file size limit - 15K. All ads.
• Include name of contact person, e-mail address and phone number so we may contact you. We will send an ad proof to your email address for your approval before posting your ad to the web.

• Prepare your RGB GIF or JPEG image using the pixel measurement listed here.
• Complete this advertising form and submit with your ad along with the necessary payment. We will be unable to process your ad without this information.
• Target file size limit - 15K. All ads.
• Animated GIFs - 3 Frame Limit, 3x Loop Limit. Last frame must include all pertinent information needed for final static ad viewing.
• NO POP-UP ADS will be accepted.
• NO FLASH ADS
• NO AUDIO OR SOUND FILES attached
• NO illegal, immoral, or unethical content will be accepted.
• Buckland Media, LLC reserves the right to reject the use of any image, at our sole discretion, for any reason.
