OSCODA - Feb. 2, 2010 - Oscoda sank Arthur Hill Tuesday night in the pool by a score of 82-67. 

Oscoda's Karl Wimmer, Michael York, Alex Brinley and Danny Lewis took 2nd in the Medley Relay.  Paul Whiteford and Nathan Short took 2nd and 3rd in the 200 free both posting lifetime bests.  Michael York and Karl Wimmer finished 1-2 in the 50 free and Matt Tinsley won his 4th dive competition of the season moving him just one win away from winning an automatic bid to dive regionals. 

Alex Brinley and James Allison combined for a 1-2 finish in the Butterfly.  Danny Lewis and Paul Whiteford took 1-2 in the 100 free.  Matt Tinsley, Nathan Short and James Allison swam to a 2-3-4 finish in the 500 free.  Oscoda finished 2-3 in the 200 free relay behind the teams of York, Whiteford, Brinley and Lewis, and Wimmer, Tinsley, Allison and Short.  Alex Brinley took first in the Back and Michael York and Danny Lewis swam to a 1-2 finish in the Breast.  Allison, Whiteford, Tinsley and Short finished 2nd in the 400 free relay. 

The Owls are back in action on Thursday as they travel to Alpena.
