TAWAS AREA - Jan. 28, 2010 - Tawas Area's inside game proved too much for John Glenn as the Braves rolled past the Bobcats 52-28 on Thursday.
Rachel Adaline scored 16 points and Molly Stoll added 14 as the Braves took a 29-11 halftime lead.
Tawas put its stamp on the game right away with a 16-5 run in the first quarter. Adaline, Courtney Clothier and Dana Kolnitys each scored five points in that opening spurt and the Braves were never seriously threatened.
Clothier finished with 11 points and Kolnitys had nine as the Braves improved to 10-3 (5-0 NEMC).
Paige Moore led John Glenn (3-10, 2-4) with eight points. |
