TAWAS AREA - Mar. 4, 2010 - Tawas Area bounced back from Tuesday's defeat by closing out the regular season with a 57-44 victory over John Glenn in the Braves' final North East Michigan Conference game before leaving the league.
Jesse Siwek scored 10 of his 14 points in the first quarter as the Braves built a 17-9 lead after one quarter and were never seriously threatened. Tawas led 29-15 at halftime.
Travis Simmons added 12 points and D.J. Decker added nine points for the Braves (10-10, 5-5 NEMC).
Jaye Kudrow led John Glenn (6-14, 2-8) with 10 points. |
