SSC coach John Rudberg: "On the positive side Garber beat us pretty good earlier in the year. This game and that game were like night and day, also I thought we played pretty well when you consider that our last game was 12 days ago.

"We had our chances, specifically three good chances in OT two set pieces; a free kick from about 25 yards out, a corner kick and lastly we had a breakaway that could’ve ended it as well. I would have been pretty upset if Garber had taken the OT kickoff and come right down and scored but that didn’t happen. We had our chances we just couldn’t finish.

"I need to do a better job of coaching the set plays, we didn’t convert on very many of those throughout the year.

"It was difficult to see Danielle Milan and Ashley Wakulat end their careers with a tough loss like this, they gave it their all and have meant a lot to our program over the last three years."
