OSCODA - Feb. 3, 2009 - Oscoda pulled off a lopsided win over Arthur Hill Tuesday swimming to a 115-32 victory. 

Evening up their record to 4-4 on the season, the guys started by finishing 1-2 in the medley relay.  York, Haglund, Nolff and York took first followed by Gonzalez, Jackson, Parent and Nichols.  Kyle Ostrander and Mike York took 1-2 in the 200 free, Coty Nolff and Buddy Jackson finished 1-2 in the IM and Bryce Haglund and Dave Nichols swam to a 1-5 finish in the 50.  Ray Gaskell and Dave Nichols took 1-2 in diving and Coty Nolff and Thomas York went 1-2 in the Fly.  

Ray Gaskell and Kyle Ostrander swam to a 1-2 finish in the 100 free while Ken Parent and Dave Gonzalez accomplished the same in the 500 free.  Oscoda's Nolff, Haglund, Parent and M. York and Gaskell, Ostrander, T. York and Gonzalez took 1st and 3rd in the 200 free. 

Mike York and Dave Gonzalez finished 3-4 in the back and Thomas York, Ken Parent and Buddy Jackson swept the breast with a 1-2-3 finish.  Jackson, Ostrander, Gaskell and Haglund finished out an evening which saw Oscoda win 11 of 12 events. 

The Owls host Alpena Thursday in their final home meet of the season.
