ARENAC EASTERN - Sep. 1, 2009 - Owen-Gage handed Arenac Eastern a three-game non-conference volleyball loss on Tuesday in the Eagles' home opener, 25-7, 25-15, 25-12.

"We're really young, so there's a lot we're working on," said AE coach Hannah Neil. "We'll do better right away once our serving improves."

Leading the Eagles (0-2) were Erin Ecker with five spikes, two kills and 19 assists; Maddie Forshee with 10 tips; and Kaylee Wilson with two saves.
