John Glenn 10-15, at Whittemore-Prescott 1-2

WHITTEMORE-PRESCOTT - Apr. 30, 2008 - Whittemore-Prescott managed just four hits total in its doubleheader with John Glenn, a key factor in losses of 10-1 and 15-2 to the Bobcats.

"No hitting again," said W-P coach Ed Mervyn of what has been a recurring theme this season for the Cardinals.

Dylan DeBoever and Kyle Saunders had the Cards' hits in the first game, while Mark Jakubik and Greg Smith each had hits in the second contest.

DeBoever pitched a complete game in the opener, allowing 10 hits and two walks.

Kyle Hucul started the second game and pitched five innings in taking the loss.

The Cards dropped to 0-8 in NEMC play while Glenn improved to 4-2.
