HALE - Sep. 30, 2008 - Hale kept pace with Posen atop the North Star League volleyball standings with a 25-13, 25-15, 25-17 victory over Fairview on Tuesday.
"(Fairview)" had a couple of good, hard servers and the girls needed to step up to get some good passes," said Hale coach Heather Chrivia. "It was a great team effort to come out on top with the league win."
Tarra Caverly had nine kills and 12 digs, Liz Lerczak had 11 digs, three aces and seven kills and Laura Sidebottom had 18 assists to lead the Eagles (10-5-1, 5-1 NSL).

"I would like to invite the entire community to all of our games," Chrivia said. "(But) Oct. 9 will be a big game ... we especially hope to see a big turnout for that game."
