OGEMAW HEIGHTS - Sep. 29, 2008 - Ogemaw Heights more than held its own against Cheboygan, but still suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of the Chiefs on Monday, Sept. 29.

The Falcons trailed 2-1 at the half, with Robbie Kish briefly tying the score midway through the first half with his team's lone goal. Neither team scored after halftime.

"It really was a well-played game," said Ogemaw Heights coach Jeff Young.

Mike Kelley and Chris Speeter scored for Cheboygan.

Sean McClintic had nine saves and Ronnie Trower had one non-keeper save.

The loss dropped the Falcons to 8-7-1 overall.
