STANDISH-STERLING - Sep. 22, 2008 - Ogemaw Heights got two goals apiece from Robbie Kish and Ivan Calderone on Monday to propel the Falcons to a 4-0 NEMC soccer victory over Standish-Sterling.

The Falcons forced SSC goalkeeper Cody Bechtel to make 13 saves. The Panthers were hampered by injuries, particularly on offense. Ogemaw keeper Sean McClintic needed to make just four saves in recording the shutout.

Kyle Laney had an assist for Ogemaw, which improved to 7-6-1 (4-2 NEMC). SSC fell to 4-7 (2-4).
