WHITTEMORE-PRESCOTT - Dec. 18, 2006 - Whittemore-Prescott defeated Arenac Eastern 25-5, 25-5, 25-13 in a non-conference volleyball match on Monday.

"All our team members played well, with very few mistakes," said W-P coach Helen Loomis.

For W-P (8-2), Catherine Daniels had 19 points, 8 aces, 3 blocks and 5 kills; Erica Loomis had 8 points, 6 aces, 6 digs and 11 kills; Katie Borushko had 7 points, 4 aces and 5 digs; Ashley Foco had 7 points and 2 aces; Stephanie Aviles had 19 assists and 2 kills; and Heather Popielarz and Madie O'Farrell had 2 kills apiece.

AE fell to 0-3 with the loss.
