HALE - Jan. 25, 2007 - The Posen Vikings dealt Hale what might well be a crippling blow to the Eagles' North Star League title chances on Thursday with a 25-21, 25-19, 13-25, 25-15 victory.

The Eagles were hampered for much of the night by unforced errors, much as they were at Hillman three days earlier.

Leaders for the Eagles (4-7, 3-3 North Star League) were Terra Kelso with 19 digs; Heather Albaugh with 11 digs; Rachel Maher with two aces, six assists and 10 digs; Elizabeth Lerczak with two kills, 15 digs and one block; Tarra Caverly with six assists, seven kills, 13 digs and a block; and Sabrina Provoast with five kills and 24 digs.

Posen improved to 7-1 (6-1 NSL).
