AuGRES-SIMS - May 7, 2007 - AuGres-Sims pitching allowed Atlanta five hits total in two games Monday as the Wolverines cruised to victories of 15-2 and 15-0 over the Huskies.

Kyle Gingerich gave up two hits and struck out nine in the opener while Ray Lake, Travis Lee, Clark Larson and Shane Lynch had two hits apiece. Lake had a triple and two RBIs and Lee added a double and two RBIs for the Wolverines.

Brandon Kelly pitched a three-hit, four-inning shutout in the second game in his first high school start. Lake had two doubles and five RBIs while Lee and Gingerich added two hits apiece.

The Wolverines (10-5-1, 6-1-1 North Star League) face Hillman on Thursday in a showdown for the top spot in the league.
