BAY CITY ALL SAINTS - Apr. 16, 2007 - Bay City All Saints used a pair of complete game pitching performances Monday to earn a doubleheader sweep of AuGres-Sims, winning both games 10-0.
The Wolverines managed six hits against Drew Bauer in the first game, which lasted six innings before being called by the 10-run rule. Robert Towery had a double for AGS, with five other players getting singles.
Isaiah Kauffman was the losing pitcher for the Wolverines.
Andy Grocholski had two doubles and scored three runs to lead the Cougars.
In the second game, Adam Pijaszek allowed a fifth-inning single to Ray Lake, but that was the only hit the Wolverines could manage. Grocholski again led the All Saints offense with a double, a triple and two RBIs.
Clark Larson took the loss for the Wolverines (0-3).
