OGEMAW HEIGHTS - Sep. 22, 2006 - Both teams managed nine shots, but Grayling was the only team to hit the back of the net Friday as the Vikings topped Ogemaw Heights 1-0.

Anders Larson scored in the 30th minute of the first half for Grayling.

"We had two chances to score on a penalty kick and couldn't get it done," said Ogemaw coach Jeff Young. "We got to do it over because their keeper came forward before the kick, and we still couldn't do it.

"It's just been that kind of season for us."

Kyle Dantzer had five saves for Ogemaw, which dropped to 4-8.
