PINCONNING - May 4, 2005 - Tawas Area scored a 7-1 victory at Pinconning on Wednesday, keeping its outside shot at a share of the North East Michigan Conference title alive.
The Braves got three goals from Sarah Klenow and one apiece from Kristine Jackson, Danielle Bird and Kadra Stec. Stec had two assists, with Katie Jacques and Kellie Kasischke each with one.
The Braves (6-4, 5-2 NEMC) trail league-leading John Glenn by two games and have to hope for an Ogemaw Heights victory over the Bobcats on May 9 before facing each of those teams in the stretch run of the regular season. |
