TWINING – Jan. 13 2005 – Whittemore-Prescott had its serving game in gear Thursday at Arenac Eastern, and that consistency paid off with a 25-5, 25-8, 25-10 victory over the Eagles.
“Serving consistency played a major role in this game,” said W-P coach Helen Loomis. “We're looking forward to lots of playing time on Saturday (at the Gaylord Invitational). Leading the Cards (13-2-2) were Emily Hebert with 6 kills and 8 digs, Erin Grezeszak with 5 aces and Theresa Janish with 23 assists. |
