Oscoda sweeps SSC for NEMC win
OSCODA – Feb. 3, 2004 – The Oscoda volleyball team got off to a fast and furious start against Standish-Sterling Thursday night and went on to a 25-8, 25-22, 25-14 sweep of the Panthers for their first North East Michigan Conference victory of the season.

“This was a good effort,” Oscoda coach Linda Hennigar said. “Everyone on the team came onto the court ready to play. We struggled against this team in our previous encounters, but not this time.”

“It was probably the best game we played this season,” she said.
