Glenn dominates NEMC wrestling finals

John Glenn's Brandon Wreszinski (189 lbs.) joined Gladwin's Adam Manninen (1998-2001), Pinconning's Kyle Woodruff (2003-6) and Ogemaw Heights' Andrew Funsch (2006-9) as the North East Michigan Conference's fourth four-time league champion. Panthers end Spartans' NEMC streak

It took nearly two years, but Pinconning finally took a tumble in a North East Michigan Conference game, and it took Standish-Sterling to do it. The Panthers, who handed the Spartans their last league loss in the final game of the 2007-8 season, ended Pinny's 15-game conference winning streak with a 59-54 victory Friday evening.
